Make a poster/ recipe for a yucky “Potion Magique” for Hallowe’en.
Make it as gruesome and gory as poss! There is some really useful vocabulary you can use in this powerpoint:
And here is an example I have made myself potion-magique
But you can also look up words of your own on www.wordreference.com
You should be really careful as there are loads of horrible images around on the internet, so only use safe sites.
Here are some ideas…
Amusez-vous!
New Year 11 class
Hi to my Year 11 students at Seven Kings. As promised, below are the bullet points for the Holidays coursework – you need to include every point to get your full contents marks. The first title is aimed more at Foundation Level so i’m expecting most of you to tackle the second piece!
Have a look at my GCSE French page to find more support on this topic. Leave me a comment if you need anything.
Bonnes Chances!

New links I like
Just found this sweet American website with loads of songs on it which you can play from the site, and they are not blocked in school for once!!
www.bussongs.com
I also randomly came across this site for learning Esperanto which is really good fun, interactive and teaches you alot about how a language can be ordered and structured. I think this would make an excellent session for European Day of Languages or as an initiation to language learning. Also it could be a useful tool for testing language “aptitude”.
